I did the IV Technician course online. The material is a little difficult, but Nancy, the instructor, makes everything so easy to learn! Studying gets you far during this course. I was very pleased with the fast responses from Nancy. I had a lot of questions throughout the course, so I appreciated her help! You do get a fake arm to practice IVs on, and I thought that was pretty cool, especially since, for the last 10 years, I have only placed IVs on animals. I would recommend this course to anyone! As soon as I finished the class and both exams, both of my certificates were in my possession two days later. Very prompt! Very pleased 🙂
